THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.142 OF 2016

O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 21.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.41303 of 2015. By the said order, the respondent police authorities were directed to take appropriate action in the matter following the law laid down by the Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI V/s. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH[1].

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed before this Court a copy of FIR No.39 of 2016 registered on the file of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, under Sections 447 and 427 IPC basing on the petitioner's complaint.

In the light of the aforestated development, the order passed by this Court stands complied with. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
