HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.730 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.17-10-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.42810 of 2016 in W.P.No.34724 of 2016.

When the matter is listed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Writ Petition itself has been subsequently disposed of on 07-02-2018.

In view of the final order being passed in the Writ Petition, this Contempt Case for implementation of the interim order passed during the pendency of the Writ Petition cannot be proceeded with and it is accordingly dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file Contempt Case, if the final order in the Writ Petition is not complied with. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
