THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20745 of 2010 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader that the issue in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP.No.21120 of 2008 and batch dated 26.09.2008 and a copy of the order is also placed on record.

2. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Therefore, following the settled legal position, these writ petitions are also allowed and the respondents are directed to refund the amount to the petitioners already deducted and not to recover any amount towards the National Academy of Construction and towards the CM's Relief Fund in pursuance of the impugned G.Os from the future bills payable to the petitioner."

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
