Order:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner. At the hearing, Mr.Vikram Pooserla, learned Counsel for the respondent, has submitted that both the parties have entered into an understanding, as per which, the petitioner has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.4,19,174/- towards full and final settlement of its claim. He has produced Demand Draft bearing No.031892, dated 02-04-2015, of HDFC Bank, Jubilee Hills Branch, drawn in

the name of the petitioner, for the said sum, in the Court, which was perused by the Court and handed over to Mr.K.V.Rusheek Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement of the dispute, his client is not interested in pressing the Company Petition.

For the above-mentioned reasons, the Company Petition is closed. As a sequel to closure of the Company Petition, Comp.A.Nos.509 to 512 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
