This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.41 in Crime No.227 of 2022 on the file of RPS, Secunderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 324, 307, 435, 427, 448, 336, 332, 341, 120(B) and 201 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 150, 151 and 152 of Indian Railway Act and Section 3 of PDPP Act and Section 174 of Cr.P.C. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.41 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The petitioner is alleged to be a part of mob which set fire to railway coaches and broke glasses in the railway station, that being part of agitation carried out by several hundreds of students. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he is in jail since 19.06.2022.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to this petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.41 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused No.41 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Special Judge for Trial offences under SCs and STs (POA) - cum - VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.
ii) The petitioner/Accused No.41 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Friday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of six (06) weeks and thereafter as and when required.
iii) The petitioner/Accused No.41 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 29.07.2022 ns
