Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-AP State Road Transport Corporation.

It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, held that there is employee-employer relationship between the respondents and the petitioners and allowed the claim of the petitioners for reinstatement with continuity of service and also back-wages and set aside retrenchment of the petitioners. Against the said order, the respondents had filed Writ Petitions in this Court and pending the Writ Petitions, there was interim stay granted subject to compliance of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The Writ Petitions were dismissed subsequently and the same was confirmed in W.A.No.1261 of 2005 and the like on 02-08-2013. It is also stated by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioners were reinstated and are working in the respondent-Organization. 3.

In this Writ Petition, petitioners had actually sought similar relief against the respondent-Corporation. Since their prayer has already been granted and they have been working in the 1st respondent-Corporation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
