This interlocutory application has been filed by the writ petitioner with the following prayer:

"7.

It is submitted that, the petitioner's fall within the locality of newly formed Hanumakonda District and the Petitioner's Prayer was to transfer her to any other nearby locality within the Hanumakonda District in view of the medical necessities of her family. It is further submitted that, the petitioner's cadre is Hanumakonda District and the petitioner cannot be posted in different cadre in Warangal which is different cadre and district, the petitioner herein pray that this Hon'ble court may please to

clarify/modify the orders by directing the respondent no.2 to post the petitioner in any nearer place in Hanumakonda District.

In the circumstances it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to have the W.P No. 29419 of 2022 listed under caption "FOR BEING MENTIONED"

for enabling the petitioner herein to seek the modification of the order dated 18.07.2022 in W.P No. 29419 of 2022 for obtaining necessary orders and pass such further order orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

We may mention that Writ Petition No.29419 of 2022 filed by the applicant was disposed of vide order dated 18.07.2022 in the following manner:

"6.

In view of the above, we direct respondent No.2 i.e., Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana, to post the petitioner in a nearby school of equivalent status to UPS Kannaraopet, Nallabelli Mandal, Warangal District. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

In the circumstances, we find no good ground to accede to the prayer made by the applicant.
