HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.507 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging suspension order dated 16.07.2001 and the charge Memo dated 06.11.2001 issued by respondents No.3 and 4 respectively.

Sri A. Yadava Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APEWIDC which is new Corporation replacing first respondent-Corporation submitted that petitioner is reinstated on 13.07.2010 and continuing in service. Considering the submission of learned advocate for respondents without going into merits, I am of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the above observation. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
