HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8062 & 8064 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7648 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/ sole accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of Crime No.87 of 2016 of Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A(1) (iv), 354-D(1) (ii), 506 IPC are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
