This petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.57 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Abdullapurmet Police Station.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
