When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders dated 29.10.2003 passed by this Court, the petitioner is being working in the post of Lamp Room Mazdoor category in respondent organization. The said fact is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the above writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
