THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.19703 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 7th respondent in permitting the 10th respondent to conduct fishing operation rights over Ene Cheruvu, vide proceedings No.86/2015, dated 25-04-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and the report of the 5th respondent, dated 06-12-2015 and consequently set aside the same directing the official respondents to permit the petitioner's society to operate fishing rights over the said Ene Cheruvu of Peddapahad village, Jangaon Mandal, Warangal District.

2. After hearing the arguments of both counsel, this Court is of the opinion that filing of the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner's society to approach the District Collector concerned for redressal of its grievance. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
