THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19479 of 2018 Since there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner herein, as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 12.07.2015, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the authority concerned and, if any such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of filing such application.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
