This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.8, 9 and 10 in C.C. No.461 of 2012 on the file of the Court of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition if so advised. Permission is granted. 3.
