Learned counsel for petitioners, having regard to the reply of the 3rd respondent, which reads as follows:- " .....The then Tahsildar, Addanki has rejected the application of petitioners on 07.08.2013 causing above reasons through online. The petitioners were purchased the joint inam patta land by partly but not entire full extent and individual extents and boundaries of land was not discloses on ground. There is necessity for survey of land. Hence, the petitioners have to be taken action for survey or land by putting separate application before the concerned authority by paying concerned charges." does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty of the Court to work out remedies against endorsement, dated 07-08-2013. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
