This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 28.07.2008 passed in I.A.No.1083 of 2007 in I.A.No.541 of 2007 in O.S.No.169 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.169 of 2007, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
