THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4037 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 45 of 2013 on the file of Mailardevpally Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the I Special Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendernagar and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 657 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for arguments on 15.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
