Heard Sri G.V.L.Murthy, counsel for petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that though he had filed an appeal on 24.11.2015 challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dt.09.11.2015 in proceedings Rc.A7/1542/2015, before the 2nd respondent along with a stay application, the 2nd respondent had not disposed of the stay application.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application within two weeks and also dispose of the appeal within six weeks.
4. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application in the appeal filed on 24.11.2015 by the petitioner within two (2) weeks and also dispose of the appeal within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
