Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue the appeal preferred by him.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal preferred by him. It is needless to say that the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
