The subject matter has been referred to Lok Adalat wherein the same is settled and accordingly, an award has been passed on 13.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the appellants brought to the notice of this Court that appellant No.3 died and his share amount out of the compensation amount shall be paid to appellant No.4, who is the legal heir of appellant No.3, and to that effect a memo has been filed before the Court below.

The statement of the learned counsel is taken on record. In view of the above, M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award dated 13.07.2019.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
