THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2054 of 2011 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 30.11.2010 in I.A.No.96 of 2010 in O.S.No.168 of 2010 on the file of the Special Assistant Agent & Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the time of argument, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Special Assistant Agent and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.168 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
