OFFICE NOTE 09.09.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is listed under the caption "for extension of time", basing on the letter addressed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, MedchalMalkajgiri District at Kukatpally, for extension of two months for disposal of D.V.C.No.61 of 2019 on the file of the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally Court Complex, Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing upon the information available under e-Courts portal submitted that during pendency of this application, main case i.e., D.V.C.No.61 of 2019 was dismissed on 09.01.2023.

In view of the above said submission, the cause in the present application does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
