HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 997 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 23.10.2006 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, in I.A.No. 89 of 2006 in O.S.No. 19 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, vide his letter dated 7.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 19 of 2006 was dismissed for default on 31.7.2014. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
