In this Writ Petition, the petitioner - Gram Panchayat is praying to grant multiple reliefs which are unconnected to each other. Having realized the same, Sri Bhaskar Gandham, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file independent petitions dealing with each of the grievances.
