.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19360 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for Government Pleader for Technical Education.

2.

Petitioners are working as Senior Assistants. By memo dated 07.05.2018 the Regional Joint Director of Technical Education, communicated the provisional seniority list of Senior Assistants working in Government Polytechnics/Institutions in Zone-V and City Cadre for panel year 2017-18 calling for objections. Petitioners claim to have submitted their objections on 09.05.2018. It is not in dispute that the respondents have received the objections. Alleging inaction in considering their objections, this writ petition is filed.

3.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader agree for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to consider the objections and to finalize the seniority list of Senior Assistants. 4.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of respective claims, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Regional Joint Director of Technical Education-3rd respondent to examine the objections filed by the petitioners and to pass orders as warranted by law. It is needless to observe that in the event Regional Joint Director accepts the objections of the petitioners, he shall also put on notice the affected parties and consider their objections also

- 3 - and thereafter finalize the issue in accordance with law. It is also needless to observe that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the final decision, it is open to them to work out their remedies as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 2nd August, 2018 Note :
