HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34081 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2, in registering the complaint dated 09.09.2017 made by the petitioner, and not investigating thereinto, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) would submit that crime has been registered as FIR No.352 of 2017 on 09.09.2017 on the file of Muvvalavanipalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, and investigation is in process. Respondent No.1 shall complete investigation, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, at the earliest, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
