This petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.12.2009 in E.P.No.212 of 2007 in O.S.No.35 of 2006 on the file of Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tiruvuru, Krishna District.

When the matter was listed on 10.02.2017, none appears for the petitioner and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the CRP is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
