It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the Writ Petition, the FIR has been registered and inasmuch as the grievance in the Writ Petition is resolved. The Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
