THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16242 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.31 of Gajuladinne village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni, Kurnool District, suspended the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop dealership.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to challenge the order of suspension order or he may instruct his client to file an appeal against the said suspension. In the circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous, and it is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
