ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents. The petitioner was elected as Sarpanch of Paludevarlapadu Gram Panchayat, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District. While so, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice on 23.09.2017 alleging certain financial irregularities, and suspending the cheque power of the petitioner for a period of three months. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. Since the impugned notice is only a show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. In the appendix of the impugned show cause notice dated 23.09.2017, allegations relating to financial irregularities were mentioned. Nearly 15 days have elapsed from the date of passing of the said impugned show cause notice.

It is stated that explanation is said to have been submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit another explanation.

In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to submit further explanation, if any, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the said explanation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
