THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12052 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the first respondent in passing the telegraphic order dated 05.7.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the status quo order dated 27.2.2004 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.M.P.No.2738 of 2004 in W.P. No.2901 of 2004 and consequently direct the first respondent to retain the petitioner in the third respondent school or post/ depute/transfer him to any needy school capable of paying him salary regularly.

2. The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition as the petitioner has been continuing in the third respondent school. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ (T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J) April 19, 2016.
