HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 1103 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order and decree dated 26.9.2006 passed by the Principal District Judge, R.R. District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, in I.A.No. 1418 of 2005 in O.S.No. 115 of 2005.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 115 of 2005 was disposed of on 2.12.2009.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
