HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 25314 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation that the petitioner had expired during 2008.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
