HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1873 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.12653 of 2018, dated 16-04-2018.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 respectively that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and no further orders are required in the contempt case.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, in accordance with law.
