THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.606 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order of suspension pending enquiry of the first respondent dated 10.06.2009.

2. This Court, by order dated 21.01.2010, granted interim suspension of the order dated 10.06.2009, until further orders. The petitioner was aged about 56 years as on the date of passing of that order, and in view of the passage of time, the petitioner must have retired from service. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and it has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
