THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11579 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein instead of regularizing the service of the petitioner on completion of 240 days of service, trying to disengage the services of the petitioner as illegal, unjust and arbitrary, contrary to APSRTC Service Regulations and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to regularize the service of all the petitioner with effect from completion of 240 days of service and to extend all the benefits in the interest of justice.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the services of the petitioner were regularized pending writ petition. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
