This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the business affairs of the petitioner and not to harass him. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioner to the police station and harassing him without there being any crime and therefore, the respondents may be directed not to call the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The respondents are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime against him." 5.
