The petitioner prays for the following relief: .....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of ''Writ of Mandamus'' by declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.2 as arbitrary, ex-facie illegal, highhanded and against principles of natural justice as well as dereliction of duty in not considering the Representation dt.12-02-2016 submitted by the Writ Petitioner for appointment of his direct Tenancy in the light of the Report dt.16-09-2015 submitted by Respondent No.3 in respect of the premises No.9-11-139/14, admeasuring 150 Sq.Yards, situated at Jamali Darwaza, Golconda, Hyderabad in the Notified Waqf Institution known as Masjid-e-Kalan Jamali Darwaza, New Qila, Golconda, Hyderabad published in Gazette No.32-A dt.30-08-1984 at Sl.No.
1746 and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to consider the said representation dt.12-02-2016 submitted by the Writ Petitioner in the light of the said Report dt.16-09-2015 submitted by the Respondent No.3 in the interest of justice and may pass......"
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is content if a direction is issued to consider the representation dated 12.02.2016 filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent. I have perused the representation dated 12.02.2016. Having regard to the nature of grievance set out in the representation, to meet the ends of justice, I am satisfied the 2nd respondent can be directed to consider and dispose of representation dated 12.02.2016 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that while issuing instant direction this Court
has not considered the merits of the claim and it is for respondents to examine the request strictly in accordance with law. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
