At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
