THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18007 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. The order dated 23.04.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent suspending the authorization of the petitioner is challenged before this Court in this writ petition on the sole ground that it is only on account of 6-A proceedings, suspension has been effected, which is impermissible as held by this Court in W.P.No.27750 of 2010 decided on 12.11.2010.

The said legal position has not been disputed by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the settled proposition of law, the suspension order dated 23.04.2016 is set aside. However, liberty is given to the respondents to take up appropriate action in terms of Control Order, 2008.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
