I Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home submitted, as per written instructions, that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 24.09.2021, preliminary enquiry was conducted and it was found that there is a property dispute between the petitioner, her son and daughter-in-law and thus, the complaint was closed as civil in nature. He further submitted that the same was informed to the petitioner vide registered post dated 22.t0.202t. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. The petitioner is, however, given liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy as may be available under law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
