In this Writ Petition, the complaint of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not taken any steps for investigating into CFR No.5125 of 2013 (Crime No.370 of 2013), on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial. Today, learned Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court a copy of the final report dated 09.05.2016 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mancherial Police Station, with regard to the aforesaid case as mistake of fact.

In the light of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
