THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4829 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is preferred against the order passed by the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.305 of 2015 in O.S.No.198 of 2015 dated 11.08.2015. During the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2015 itself was decreed in part on 20.11.2015. As the suit itself has been disposed of, the Interlocutory Application therein does not survive, after the disposal of the suit.

The Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
