ORDER

Sri B. Parameswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner - Management of M/s.Asrani Tubes Limited, submits that he has no instructions in this matter and some of the writ petitions filed by the workmen against the petitioner were dismissed as infructuous, and in view of the same, appropriate orders may be passed in this matter. Considering the above submission, this Court is of the view that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
