It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (AP), on instructions, that after seizure of the subject vehicle, the Police registered a case in Crime No.40 of 2018 on the file of Yelamanchili (R) Police Station and produced the said vehicle before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam District. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
