THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9040 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the second and third respondents in stopping the illegal constructions and removal of such constructions made by the fourth and fifth respondents in Sy.No.881/A of Manthani village of Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. No costs.
