With the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for R.1 to R.3 and Sri M.Vidya Sagar, learned Counsel appearing for R.4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following direction: - "The respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land except in accordance with law. It is also made clear that the respondents are entitled to execute the order passed in O.A.No.20 of 1994 in accordance with law and in respect of the property within the boundaries mentioned therein."
