HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19648 of 2018 ORDER:

According to the petitioner, in the recruitment conducted to the post of English Teacher in Gurukul Schools, pursuant to the notification No.14 of 2017, she secured high merit. However, she was not called for selection. The marks secured by the petitioner are not disclosed. The petitioner apprehends that the persons who secured lesser marks than the petitioner, were selected. On 22.05.2018 the petitioner submitted a representation to the Secretary Telangana State Public Service Commissioner, requesting to disclose the marks obtained by her. Alleging in action on the request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Heard both sides.

As the petitioner has already made a representation to disclose her marks, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to furnish the details sought for by the petitioner in her representation within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
