THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36821 of 2015 ORDER:

Despite the matter being adjourned seven times, no steps have been taken by any of the respondent authorities to put forth their stand before this Court in the form of a counter affidavit.

2. The prayer of the petitioner-Association in this case is as under:

"pleased to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the respondent No.4 in proc. RC.No.30/2013-A dt.2-6-2015 as illegal, arbitrary, without authority and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the said order and further direct the respondent nos.4 and 5 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner association in respect of B.C. community hall/function hall at Gannavaram(V&M) of Krishna District and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri M.M.M.Srinivas, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitionerAssociation, fairly stated that the petitioner-Association is willing to address a representation to the District Collector, Krishna, putting forth its grievance and that the authority may be asked to consider the said representation and redress its grievance in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of permitting the petitioner-Association to make a representation to the District Collector, Krishna, giving full details of its grievance duly supported by documentation. The District Collector shall thereupon consider the said representation in accordance with law and take

appropriate action in the matter as warranted. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitionerAssociation.
