THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.35228 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner (party-inperson) on 30.04.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner (party-in-person), even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner (party-in-person) is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
